Sell-out

Luke 22:3-5

Then Satan entered Judas, surnamed Iscariot, who was numbered among the twelve.

4 So he went his way and conferred with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray Him to them.  5 And they were glad and agreed to give him money.

Who will bring Jesus down ... is it the religious?

Who will join Satan’s throng ... aren’t they the same?

It won’t be the Godly … they are already in Christ Jesus

seated in Heavenly places … where there is only gain.

Where does Satan go … to bring down the church?

Who does he enlist … as his army grows and grows?

Almost no recruiting … just emptying his purse

as he penetrates the throng ... of the church's status quo.

The cults are also growing … with “fake” spiritual sense.

They’re moving on the thoughts ... of the natural man.

With a preponderance of evidence … of what can be seen

hiding depravity from the ones ... who're ready to be canned.

Daily Satan came to visit … in the temple of the Lord.

Speaking to his followers … plotting the demise

of the Lord Jesus … Who knew well the coming

of the new beginning … after the final sacrifice.

As demons kept on plotting … to magnify the danger

of the living Christ … Who would destroy their works.

God was simply fulfilling … the Promise dearly given

to Abraham His servant … to save a dying world.

Foreknowing is an attribute … only the Savior has.

The same is partly available ... revealed by the Holy Spirit.

He will guide us into places … through our full obedience so

Truth and Life in an embrace ... make Salvation’s love apparent.

The Cross is not the end neither a new beginning

It is just an open door … into Eternity.

Away from the temporal and its degradation

to enter into the presence of God’s fraternity.

The Cross the greatest stumbling block for all the religious.

An obstacle so great … no man can overcome

without the help of God … Who gave His life where

the world can’t accept it ... so they make rules of their own.
