Self-Vital

Drops of water fall on my plate, ready to spill. The search for answers, the clock is ticking still. Answer my question...why am I still alive? Is it for a reason, to find the meaning of life? I'll just have to do or die.

My surroundings are covered in self-preserve, the people of this moment live, just ready to serve. Just remember, you get what you give, not what you deserve.

My state of conciousness strives to be a better person. No moral ambuguity to stir the conflict, there must be peace in order to reflect and cure.

No longer a reason for guilt of crime, it's not the flow of the rhyme that settles, just my state of mind.
