Self Discovery

Unsure. Curious. It was a mystery.

Lost in a sea of thought and history

Wishing to know who I was, analyze,

Underneath my outward guise.

Desire to unearth my true personality

Drove me to learn about my mentality.

Myers Briggs was introduced,

Using my thoughts, a test deduced

I possess the mind of an INFJ -

No longer was my true self grey.

Found answers for questions, even those unasked,

And I smiled, for I saw myself at last.

This is who I am, and now that I know,

I continue to learn, continue to grow.

Understanding how I think, why I act,

Psychology has made a grand impact.

An impact which has shaped this year

Revealing myself, ever so clear.
