School

School,

The memories are

Coming back.

I remember

A place where

No one cut

Me slack.

I remeber

School.

The place where

Everyone and no one

Wanted to be.

A place where she was

Bullied.

Where they would pick on her

 Call her names.

Tell her she wasn't

Important.

School,

The place where

There was no shame

Where no one could gain

Peace.

There were so many things

Happening.

So many times

Where she couldn't be

Happy.

School,

Where you have blood

Sweat and tears,

Not to mention

Fears of never

Being.

Where you must fit in

Because it is survival

Of the fittest.

School,

Where everyone wishes

They could leave.

But maybe home wasn't

Any better.

School,

Where he is bullied

But can't say

Because he wants to

Appear as

Brave.

School,

The place where

No one and everyone

Wants to be.
