Running the Pain Away


You know why I run?
I run because it relaxes me--yet at the same time, I can relieve all my stress and anger out,
I run because when I am running, I feel all this physical pain running through my whole body. And suddenly, all the physical pain gives me something real to feel bad about. My emotional pain slowly fades away into the back of my mind until the sting of my shins is the only thing I could feel.
