The Rising Sun

God sculpted obscurity (oblivion) into morning (existence)

Space expanded into itself

Light filled the vast void

Energy manifested in the particles for glimpses of time

The grounds and waters rose to touch the sky

Colliding with one another creating or destroying in theory

Color blended with light and arose from the ground in vegetation

Matter wins the battle as nothing transforms

Cold transpired with the orb of night till the rising sun was marked by the spreading warmth

Laws appeared from the ashes of an atomic battle

Land, Sea, and Sky made full by the addition of life

And through the decay, new life is born

Life becomes nurtured in all four corners

And light engulfs the void

Flooding through my window

with the sound of the morning lark

I stretch and dress

then step out into the world

And feel the warmth chase away the morning breeze

warmth and light

from a sun that never fails to rise
