It was cold that night
Love was gold that night
"Twentyfive to life," the judge screamed
He added an extra 25 because we fleed the scene
It was me, my brother Jacob, and Rob
Another day on the move and always on our job
We would pray and put our prayers into action
The right wing flying asks the left wing "whats happening?"
Three brothers from the east
Going head on full collision with the beast
Guns and arms discipline and peace
All in pursuit of the promised land, the dream
I heard Martin, felt Malcom, and lived Garvey
They hate us because they ain't us their sole purpose to bring heartache
We march at the break of dawn
Anyone trying to take us on
Fall to the power within us it won't take too long
Power to the people with fists in the air
Beautiful black women with afro picks in their hair
The misinformed can only misinform
And the hard of hearing must listen on
Gun shots ring out and I'm hit
My brothers besides me load up the next clip
It's us for us and nobody for evil
We gotta do what we gotta do and do that for the people
Panthers victourious
The moonlight is glorious
Three O'clock on the dot but this isn't how the story ends
Even if we get sent to prison
The fight for freedom continues so make your descision
Will you get up or give in
Let up or get in-volved
Only you can answer the call
For the people you and I will always stand tall
For the people
