Revolutionary Smile

Sun, 07/05/2015 - 21:44 -- meccahm

She had a smile that could spark a revolution

and when I want to describe happiness

I end up describing the way her eyes crease at the sides

and the way she sticks her tongue between her teeth

despite the fact that they're a little crooked

Negativity a flavor never to touch her lips

And when we talk I'm left with visions of a better future

One we collectively could bring

With our revolutionary smiles

because what bad

could ever come from such good

if we all flashed those revolutionary smiles

once in a while

the world would know more peace
