Revelation of High Schoolers

The past holds memories of hesitation

of awe

of hope

From young adults seemingly perfect

seemingly put together

seemingly enjoying everything

Now my eyes have opened

People are human, just like me

No need to feel intimidated

High schoolers have struggles, too

have dependency, too

have doubts, too

There's work, trials, deadlines

Insecurities, drama, stress

But it's not hopeless

Younger me, so naive

People are human, just like me
