Red, White, & Blue huh?

I never want to see or feel what it is to be homeless
Thank God everyday to know I'm blessed.

The U.S., most don't care about the poor people but don't forget they are "U.S."

Our people, living in poverty,
I handle my business today so that can never be me.

Never judge a person by what you see, why won't you sit down and LISTEN to their story

Too quick to talk shit and look down on one another, not knowing that tomorrow, that poor person, can be your brother.

Richest country and we claim to stand united, but when it comes to people living in poverty, we fall divided.

Sure some people live in skid row because of drugs and didn't have a safety net, but about the servers of this country, the soldiers and war vets.

Hard to make a difference when I'm struggling myself,
But when I get on, I plan to share my wealth

Not with other countries even though they need it too, but with my brothers and sisters who bleed red, white, & blue.
