Cold world

Icy hatred

Cut bonds

Bitter dawns

Lies and mistakes

And amidst it all

Your chest aches

With the heavy

Very heavy weight

It goes on

And on

The battle

And the struggle

To keep breathing

And to keep surviving

But for what

The question pops up

And the answers

Are hidden somewhere

How to start looking

How to recognize it

You don't know

Eyelids droop down

And slowly slide shut

You don't want to see

You don't want to look

At the ugliness

And the bland color

That bleeds over

And wraps the world

Into a bubble

And dreaming

Is the only way

It seems

To have a bit

Of color

A bit of feeling

While ignoring

Who is leaving.
