Ramblings of the Average Teenager

What were you thinking,

giving us all that homework to do without guidance.

Your notes don't help

not even a smige.

We have things going on,

you wouldn't even believe

and yet you want us to to memorize our literary devices.

You want us to wrtie essay and do projects

all at the same time as if we were octopuses.

I don't know another placed I'll use derivatives in life.

Why is calculus so hard?

Please tell me this is all a dream

and I'll thank you with all my heart.

Stop handing out those worksheets and actually teach me something.

I hate it when you give me an eighty nine, like just give me the A I want.

I don't care what the cubed root of fifty seven is.

I won't need it in life.

I just need to know how to spell, read and write.

I can't say I'll miss high school

a lot you guys sucked.

Not all of you are bad though

so don't go wailing like the rest.
