When you see a rainbow after a storm
You can’t escape it
It illuminates there in the sky for all to see
Each color together in perfect harmony
Now what would a rainbow be
Without all those beautiful colors to see
Imagine if you saw a rainbow with one missing color
You’d see that it wouldn’t be as glorious
You’d wonder well that’s unfair aren't rainbows meant to be complete
Don’t all colors deserve a seat?
Now what would this world be
Without all those beautiful people to see
Standing together in perfect harmony
After a storm of hate a little bit of light called change can shine
That’s when you’ll see that rainbow appear
Near and clear
