Powerless

Matthew 26:41           New English Translation

41 Stay awake and pray that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

Powerless

The will is powerless to move, it relies on activation

What propels it do you think? Is it the mind through emotion?

So it turns into feeling, but what if you have none?

We see that happen often in wars and in the cruelty that’s done

If emotions are rather quiet and the voice of intuition

Does that activate the will through the mind’s cooperation?

“Peace be still”, says the Lord, “so we reason in meditation”

Together then we’ll be the light, we will call: “Revelation”
