A Poem for Landon

Monday you left

Tuesday was dark

Wednesday we found out

I fell apart

Thursday was horrible

Friday, unspeakable

The weekend was unbearable

A family broken

A school mourning

You were taken from us so soon

It was so close to mothers day

There wasn’t anything anyone could say

I dreaded school and everything else

Knowing you weren’t going to be in class

Knowing I wasn’t going to pass you in the hall

It was so hard to not fall apart

I didn’t want to believe it

It wasn’t true

Then came that monday and I knew, that you had flew; to a better place up in the skies and I saw you with my own eyes

I saw you laying there

I was forced to believe

You...really did leave

It’s been about 4 months

The pain is still here

I still shed a tear and always will

‘Til the day I see you once again

Too young, too soon

The pain will never go away

R.I.P Landon, I’ll see you in heaven someday.

I am so sorry for your loss. But I appreciate you sharing your story. Maybe people will realize how much their words and actions affect people. Bullying is not just a time. It is something that will never leave your memory. Please read my poems, but especially, "STOP BULLYING".
