"Philia"-DeAnthoni Halton

Location

When I stare she stares back,
turns around, gives her head that head pat,
starts to look down, her self - esteem ain't quite "there" yet,
telling her she's beautiful doesn't work as much,
words of such reflects as lust,
past making it hard for her to trust again,
So we're just friends,
easy to swallow, but hard to digest
asking myself
Am I patient enough for this process?,
willing to hold her hand, knowing her emotions are a hot me,
or try to be her man when she's hot in that tight dress, HA
guess that would tell you if it's real or fake,
when my real at state,
I stand firm like a real estate,
all we have is time and pretty women, I think you're worth the wait,
Home base, but third take.
