Permeations

Permeations

Who am I without a filter?
I filter my speech.

my photos.

my movements.

my clothes.

So Who am I without a filter?

Am I a dreamer?

a dancer?

a singer?

a screamer?

Who am I without a filter?

Am I sporty?

girly?

nerdy?

goth?

Who am I without a filter?

Am I Genuine?

Real?

Do I even exist?Stop.

Go back and think and think and think and think.

I cannot dance

But sometimes I do.

My singing is awful

but I can’t help but belt out!

I like to wear dresses

But I play soccer too.

I love to laugh

throw my head back, clap my hands.

I’m terrified of cats

Because of this mean one named Vince.

I love math

But sometimes I struggle.

I’m a church goer

whenever I can be.

Without a filter

I’m close to being... me.
