Perfectly Me

Location

We are all perfect

in one way or another

indirect or direct,

even though we all have flaws

My hair is not flawless,

neither is my body,

and my figure ain't glamorous,

yet I am not ugly.

I'm a huge klutz

I trip anywhere I go

I can't walk with confidence,

but my dignity shows

I never think I am good enough.

I compare myself to others

and my life gets tough,

yet I find things that make the journey less rough.

In conclusion, I know I'm not flawless,

but I try to do my best.

I try to understand my mistakes

and ignore judgement from the rest.

My journey in ths world has been tough,

but for what it's worth,

I'm loving, standing, living, and learning

and that's enough.

We are all perfectly imperfect,

and I am just perfectly me
