There is no doubt that we are related,
And I actually love that.
The craziness and competitiveness
Are only some of our characteristics.
We almost always get along,
Help each other when needed,
And work together when it's time,
Creating an unbreakable bond.
We have learned to incorporate others,
And treat them like one of us.
They have also learned to act like we do,
Joking around and never being serious.
I truly love my family,
Both blood relatives and those married in.
Not all families are a cohesive unit,
And I thank God that I have people like them.
