The peace of nature lingered...

The mountains smiled down at the river below.

And the moss spunged quietly in glee.

With tress of crimson barks and leaves,

The peace of nature lingered.

Down in the patch of blissful grass,

The blades turned slightly over.

From the whistling wind, and the shallow breeze,

The peace of nature lingered.

Across the plains of bouncing daisies,

The stems of beauty drifted.

Steadfast in the moistened soil,

Thier heads gave the slightest quivers.

For through the smell of sweet perfume...

The peace of nature lingered.
