our universe

I don't matter, never have
just a spec of dust, a grain of sand
I have known this for a while now
yet when someone doesn't remember me, I hurt
when somebody ignores me, I cry
when someone leaves me, I ache
It's not just me who doesnt matter In the grand scheme of things
none of you matter
but we still are the center of our own universe
each one a little different from the last
we are our own gods attempting to control everyone and everything around us
yet here we are living and dying , mourning and crying, hurting and aching all over because one thing didn't go the way we planned
when one planet doesn't spin the correct way
our whole solar system breaks down
and we form a gaping black whole in the center of
our universe.
