Our Love Died

Spring turns to summer
The hottness grows
My love for you weakens
You cared for me from your head to your toes
What happened, what happened

Hear-say contols you
Consumes you
Makes you thrive for it's lies
When did my opinion not matter
You left me before the knot is tied

I thought it would be a hard goodbye
Your gone
It's so easy for you
Your not the one alone

Tears on paper
Tissues on the floor
To look at the empty closet
To know u won't come through the front door

I wait for you
I try to call
But there is no point
Your not coming home to me
Your with her
