Our love

Soft kisses against my lips

Warm hands holding my hips

Encouraging whispers in my ear

Removing all doubt and my fears

Our bond is strong and our love is true

Our love has lasted through and through

No bruises and no black eyes

No swollen lips and no telling lies

Seven years of smiles and trials

And yet-

It was all worthwhile

Our love has matured since we were teens

From playing childlike games with each other's hearts

To realizing that we hated to be apart

Two hearts beating as one

Like a drum-

Beating to the rhythm of the same song

Our voices are even

But our laughter is loud

Cherishing each moment

And loving each other
