Organic Friendship

My sister.

My friend.

She showed me this new trend.

Of eating more healthy,

More natural,

More green.

She taught me that to my body,

I was being mean.

Filling it with toxins,

Infused with pesticides.

My my eyes were opened to the world,

To truth,

Disguised as lies.

Big Pharma,

And Monsanto,

Are feeding us glyphosate,

Killing us with cancer,

Purring lives at stake,

Only to inform us that they have no answer-

All for greed sake.

I make changes each day,

To prolong the life I live,

From GMO I stay away,

I consume organic foods from farmers who are willing to give.

From hard working families who grow to make us know,

That commercialized foods,

In cages, sprays and chemicals they grow.

My friend.

My sister.

I will trust her over any mister.

She loves and looks after me.

But Monsanto makes me blister.
