open my eyes

kiss your child hood good bye rise look threw my eyes and spot the lies that reside within more then a few of my kin try to kiss away the pain that substaines my world color me dull and snatch my pearls watch me hurl away the gift i thought would be perfect to fit my world as i twirl i grow no more play dates no more mommy shows now im grown on my own and im trying not repeat the footsteps set before me i adore me but im crashing in the inside thrashing form the broken pride lost in the tear over the years that your abuse supplyed but now i rise im whole inside with the help freeing my words to the morning light i reside back to my self
