Only God saves

Ephesians 2:8-9         New English Translation

8 For by grace you are saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God; 9 it is not from works, so that no one can boast.

Results always appear the same with the neglect of the body

The body is the church incall, the Bride of Christ, you know

For Satan’s total purpose seems always be geared

To blaspheme God and His work and destroy the good He sows

So pure religion and undefiled is what God intends to perform

Through the ones, He calls His Church, as they complete His mission

It is not what man intents to do for God in through own strength

for that is the flesh at work to fulfill one's own selfish wishes

If works don’t originate with God, that's worshipping the own will

That’s like traveling down a road with an endless destination

A never-ending circle in the whirlwind of the temporal

Where time is running out without clocks to time frustration

So if a man chooses to live carnally for his own selfish desire

To be saved and be right with God becomes unacceptable

For God, Himself is the difference in His plan of Salvation

His Son has underwritten through His Blood the very impossible
