One Job

Location

If I could have one job to change my life,

I'd be a geneticist and find the cure to alzheimers.

I'd work in a lab all day,

and I'd save the ones with so much love,

and passion,

and hurt.

If I could have one job to change my life,

I'd change other's lives.

I'm doomed to many failures,

as were the many greats before me.

But I promise with one job,

I'd find the one success.

Many years of college,

and forever indebted to my supportive parents,

With that one job,

I'd find the cure and save my dying neighbor.

Dedicated to Ed W.: the most caring and absolutely hillarious man I have ever met.
