Who are you to say

I chose the wrong of way

My life is my own

not yours to keep and lend on loan

straigh tor gay or somewhere torn between

male of female or beauteous drag queen

the choice is mine to make and you

can stuff it right where you told me to

Cause here I am alive and well

even after I’ve walked through hell

The devil as my friend and fire as my air

I’m hear and happy even with tears

so who are you to say

with a joyful lilt to your voice,

that I was wrong in the choosing of my way

that it was I who made the wrong choices
