Nothing that yoga can't do

The first yoga pose was a downward dog
My breath to challenged to flow
The first chataranga's like a cobra struggling to hold oneself together while shedding skin
Rolling the shoulders back to upward dog

The upward dog turns back into a downward dog
The first dog sinks to a child's pose for rest
A new light had shed to realize that this is not easy
But I still want to be a master

As the years went by the child's pose grew back into a downward dog
Inhale to exhale, Ujjayi
The roots of chataranga now just a one footed inversion
I am strong in my upward dog

My yoga is a dance
respiring a song as I breath
I am a crow to a head stand
smoothly rolling back down to a shooting chataranga

Just one job to change my life
A yogi daisy to a yoga instructor
But my practice will be forever
Through the students I'll see myself
From my flexibility to strength
There is nothing that yoga can't do
