Heavy breathing

shaky arms

A worried mind and no place to hide

I feel that on a daily, I can't understand it lately

It’s always there.

like a shadow always following me

It knows my every move.

Unlike a shadow it doesn’t hide in the dark, it appears stronger and i can’t hide from it any longer

"calm down" they say

like it's that easy to not feel that way

You ask me what i’ll change,

I’ll change the games i play in my mind,

I’ll change the fear i have on a daily and the doubts i have at night.

You ask me why
