NO MASK,JUST ME

I'm not hiding behind anything
I have no artificial colorant on me
Just the same current
I'm just current
No make-up to make up a false image
I don't need to hide behind any facade
To aid my real self
I'm not ruled by your likes and shares
I stay grounded in your dislikes and hateful stares
I'm pretty beyond your comprehension
When you get down to the nitty-gritty of me,
I'm not a celebrity ruled by your following
Using apps to make me photogenic
I am the one who maps a different energy
I am a gender that evokes acceptance and provokes the philosophy of appearance
This is as natural as I can be
I'm no prisoner of perfection
Nor am I seeking your fake attention
See I am not looking to trend
But I am trying to attend to your misconceptions of beauty
I stand here with my ever shining pimples
That are dining with the black spots in my face
That takes you through my journey
No mask, just me
