Never kiss your own sister

The everlasting discomfort

that comes from kissing your own sister

The everlasting disdain of facing her

as she grows younger and uninspiringly retells the tale

And you vainly wish it held the same connotation as the word

you used to describe it, holding literal abandon

And as such an unfortunate reality ensued,

may I forewarn you to never kiss your own sister

This poem is about:
Me
My family
