Never Ending Wars
Millions of faces now unclear,
we were warned millions of times,
my legs each carried a ton,
Trying to find my mother,
It felt as if I had walked across the globe,
Searching,
The heat so intense,
Fire desired water,
Thousands laid before her dead,
Her mother laid on her stomach,
No longer breathing,
She whispered to her,
I'll love you till China and Africa meet,
Tears spilt,
But she was forced to go on,
She was now abandoned,
Forced to grow in a world so corrupt
