As a nation lets stand together

Under God no matter the weather

Through rain and sorrow

Like birds lets flock together

Through hell and highwater

Lets remember it'll get better

When tears fall lets comfort one another

Through change lets bring peace

Hoping love overpowers a defeat 

That went down in history over two centuries ago

Lets learn to let God

To let go

of all the pain, our lives bring

Of all the things we'll never know

As a nation lets stand together

And in due time we're sure to grow
