My World

She was raised to judge those who loved differently than her parents.
But she did not want to judge like that.
Love is love despite what a book may say.
But did the book ever truly say it?
She did judge, she did, until one day.
The day she saw a friend crying against a wall.
She asked him what was wrong and put a comforting hand on his shoulder.
He was being bullied.
For liking a boy.
And that was all.
For simply liking a fellow boy.
But she didn't care if he liked a boy.
She comforted him.
And from that day forward she saw the world through different eyes than she was first taught to look through.
She saw love.
Between everyone.
Why bully when you can love?
From that day forward she didn't care.
From that day forward she took a stand.
A stand against bullying.
No one should cry because they feel that who they love is wrong.
Love is love.
And that is my world.

I don't see why love should be taken away from people. No one, and i mean NO ONE should not have the chance to fall in love taken away from them. For any reason. This is a true story between me and a very good friend of mine, He was bullied for liking a boy, because he had grown up thinking that it was very wrong. But since then he has accepted it and realized it's a beautiful thing. Because it's love.
