My Will

I know it may seem selfish, but I beg of you please,

If I am to die, don’t keep me here by artificial means,

If I am paralyzed or leave my body on the table,

please don't force me back, even if you are able,

I don't wish to be a vegetable, or a cripple,

be that as it may, so if you love me, love me this way,

let me go.
