My soul, my heart, my mind

My soul, my heart, my mind

I wonder what they think of me

That I am a child, a woman, a warrior

Raised to love and be broken

Strong willed but easily moved

Even with all the breaks and tears

Feelings still exist, fresh and new

It's too soon but never too late

What will I do if I love someone new?

Guarded and spaced out

Fearful but forever hopeful

The woes of knowing yourself too well

Smiles that can't be surpressed but counted

Laughs that can't be contained but quieted

I wonder what they think of me

Broken but whole, lovely but slightly cold

Heart full of love, mind full of doubt

A voice full of song, a soul full of joy

Fearful and cautious, ready and restleses

I wonder what they think of me
