My Savior's Love

Mon, 08/28/2017 - 11:31 -- Mzills

Many trials have come my way
But let me say, if I may
That Jesus has been there through it all
when chains bind me and make me fall
He rescues me and reminds me that he is the one I can always call
He is more than a hero, more than a prize, and more than a friend
His love is not something to be earned because he gives it freely and it will endure until end
O, when I get to Heaven I can't hardly wait
To see my mansion inside the pearly gate
I will worship my Jesus at his feet
And run up and down that golden street
Because my savior's love will bring me there
I have not alone earned it but with His care
I will oneday meet Him in the air
