My Mask

Little do you know I'm loud on the inside

All you do know is my quite mask on the outside

I work hard everyday and night

To make sure my future is shinning bright

It's a lot of hard work that my mask does not show

I'm stuggling to keep up and that's what you don't know

My mask is what keeps me ahead

While you are all in bed

The loudness inside is what keeps me up at night

The need to speak, the need to open up, to be right

Little do you know I long to remove my mask

To tell you everything and answer anything you may ask

Little do you know I try to take off my mask only to find it stuck

yeah...it sucks.
