For My Love (Intro)

Everyday he goes to bed
But never can he fall asleep.
All he can think of is his girlfriend,
Who happens to be yours truly.

I feel so bad that I cannot
Help him more than I do.
Because we lie in bed on call;
Baby, I want you too.

He may be thousands of miles away
Living in the cold state of Michigan,
But no matter how far from me he is,
My heart is always right there with him.

But truthfully, nothing can beat
The warm feeling of his embrace.
To pull him close and feel his lips
Pressed in my hair, breath on my face.
