My Heart

Location

My heart's in the theatre, where all my dreams were made

My heart's in the theatre, where those same dreams were laid,

to rest, until I came back and found them once again,

to reminisce in the love there once had greatly been.

Goodbye, I said to her, that plaace I'd grown so fond.

Goodbye, I said to the place where we had common ground.

Though I've strayed, I've not gone far from my heart so dear,

here I will be coming back to mend this massive tear.

My heart once broken, soon'll be fixed with creativity.

Singers, actors, dancers have such longevity.

I said goodbye, but here I come, running back to her,

with open arms, singing voice, and step newly perked.

My heart's in the theatre, where all my dreams were made.

My heart's in the theatre, where those same dreams were laid

to rest until I cam back and found them once again,

to reminisce in the love there once had greatly been.
