My Dear Teacher

1,600 hours spent as a freshmen.
I don't have much to say to you, time and time again.
I'd like to ask a question, maybe, every now and then.
But I'm a little nervous... I mean, I am just a freshmen.

3,200 hours spent, now I am a sophomore.
All these subjects are quite hard, all this homework is a chore.
My friends have become whores, I liked them a lot before.
But I'll still study hard... I'm just starting to open doors, as a sophomore.

4,800 hours spent, now I am a junior.
Less and less of us enjoy your humor.
We're all busy planning our future.
But unlike the others, you are my ruler, I'm still learning even as a junior.

6,400 hours spent total. Now I am a senior.
I've become a leader.
I've become a dreamer.
I am a senior.

There is not much I wouldn't say to you, my old friend...
My dear Teacher.
