The earth’s crust cracks

The hot lava deep from inside writhes in aching pain,

Striving for a release

My face crumbles in agony as I see the cruelty rein on

My heart beats strong

For I know it takes but one person to change what is wrong

But courage is harder than it looks

To make your soul an open book

Is truly a gift not many posses
