Mrs. S. C. Virus

Fri, 09/25/2020 - 14:17 -- osato

She walks in beauty like the night

The breeze blowing against her loneliness

Her weight bearing down on the city

Alas! A victim! A  p o o r  s o u l ..

With a single touch

In his body she holds court

Making the man like Rapunzel

Quarantined by society,

Restricted by his own walls.

She hears his screams:

"Oh Mrs. Sars Covid-19 Virus!

Why have you afflicted us!"

But she wilts not.

For they are naught but the enemy

Seeking to dim her glory.

What an insane woman she is.

What an insane monster.
