Mother Nature
I am the wind that howls in the night.
I am the annihilator when not taken care of.
I shake the ground beneath you.
I am the hot day that warms the soul,
and the cold day that chills the bones.
I am the rain that nourishes the ground.
I am the white blanket that provides cover.
I am the rising sea level,
and the melting glaciers.
I am the procurer of life,
and the composer of life.
I am the blossoming tree that provides shelter,
giving creatures of the forest shelter.
I am the lightning that strikes the Earth,
the thunder that shouts to the world.
I am summer, fall, winter and spring.
I am Mother Nature.
