Warm wind whistles low. Humidity increases quite slow. Rain begin to fall in the heat of day. All the children hide away.  A mother reaches out her hand. Promises to protect the land. Promises to care for the children who live in said place. Promise to fight no matter the challenge they face.  The mother adopts all of the children. Every culture, race, and religion. She cares for them as her own. Not turning her children into clones.  The mother she keeps them all in check. Without causing cultures to wreck. A salad rather than a melting pot. Allowing individual thought.  Some paint mixes while some stands alone. Every color to be shown. Her children the paint coloring the land. All because she gave them her hand.  America land of the brave and home of the free. American took responsibility. Now we all are her children, you and me. America is truly a sight to see.
