More Like You

Lord, let me be more like you
Where there is dark, you're light
Where there is sorrow, hope
Where there is weakness, strength

Where there is pain, healing
Where there is a cliff, a bridge
Where there is poverty, wealth

O Divine Trinity, grant me this that I may not so much
Worry, as to trust
Seek, as to freely give
Hide, as to be a light
Boast, as to help

For it is in love that we are forgiven
In grace that we are free
And in the cross that we are redeemed.
