More
I want more of God than I've been seeking.
I want more of the harvest than I've been reaping.
I want more of the kingdom than I've been seeing.
I want more from myself than I've been dreaming.
I want more justice than has been dealt.
I want more souls, more lives all knelt
before the King, for hate to melt.
I want more joy than I have felt.
I want to see more children laugh
as more Moses' take up their staffs,
to lead the people on God's behalf,
freed from chains that leave them chaffed.
I want to see the proud brought low,
crimson stains washed white as snow,
all because His wounds did flow
and conquered the evil foe.
I want to see the bridges crossed
between His children and the lost,
to bring them rest, not to exhaust,
awakened new, like springtime moss.
I want to see more men as knights,
unafraid to forgo fights,
unless champions of weakers' plights,
soldiers in the cause of light.
I want to see more princesses,
an heir of God in all she says,
living love, in all she does
and so much stronger because.
I want to die unto myself,
set aside my earthly wealth,
to live as Christ would himself,
faith not on a dusty shelf.
I want more than I can picture,
the conclusion of the Scriptures,
Heaven's worship all a mixture,
abundant life without stricture.
