Moon Amnesia

Moon Amnesia

As the Moon, my nostalgia embraces the ocean.

As the Moon, my eyes saw you coming,

My soul was amazed by your nature.

The rain tried to erase your passage in my life !

Even storm was powerless

 Against my addiction over you…

As the Moon, my love did not mean anything, my sun!

Every night, my hope of you

Satisfying my fleshly desires became bigger…

And as the Moon, I watched you sharing your love !

What you do not understand my sun,

Sometimes while crying over this toxic love,

The Moon wished to be a rainbow!

I would be so colorful

That you would have fell in love with one of them…

As desperate the wolf howl at night,

 The Moon felt their pain…

If only I could scream,

If only I could have run far away from this bed of lies,

If only my nostalgia could have moved on from the ocean,

If only I had Amnesia,

My last memory would be

 This eclipse total of the heart I felt;

“I have never been so close and at the same time

So far from this autodestruction,” said the Moon.
