This morning when I looked out my window

I saw a flock of geese pass by

Honking loudly and flapping their wings

They’re headed south for the winter

I saw a flock of geese pass by

One out in front, the others following

They’re headed south for the winter

One leader and his followers on a mission

One out in front, the others following

Nothing but the goal in sight
